General rules of Guarantee/Warranty applied on all products listed on KISANeSTORE:

  • If the product is damaged in transit, inform our helpdesk immediately and do not start using the damaged product. You will get a replacement of a specific damaged part or the whole product, depending on the type of damage. A customer has to send a photo of the damaged product by WhatsApp or Email for immediate response. Minor damages are not liable for replacement.
  • Product specification does not include color; the actual color may vary with respect to the displayed color on the website.

All Seeds listed on KISANeSTORE are original, branded & sourced from the proper channel.

If any seeds are not as stated by the producer on the label of the packet, only the Seed producing company will be liable for any Guarantee/Warranty issue. The usage of this product is beyond our control. Therefore we do not accept any responsibility except for the proper sourcing of the product.

Pesticides, Insecticide, Bio-Products, Certified Organic Products:

Warranty: 6 months on manufacturing defects only.
Warranty not applicable if:

  • Incorrect fuel or lubricants
  • Incorrect usage or misuse
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Negligence
  • Accident or physical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or parts
  • Improper setup, tampering, or altered products
  • Any other cause not mentioned above

No Warranty on Electrical, Electronic, Rubber, or Plastic parts.
Purchase is not contingent upon a product demonstration.

Krishi Raj Pro Electric Tiller and Attachments:

1-year warranty on manufacturing defects only.
Battery: 2 years warranty, 5 years battery life.

Ford brand Diesel Engine & Pumps:

Warranty: 6 months on manufacturing defects only.
No on-site repair. Warranty resolved only at factory.
Customer bears transportation cost.
No warranty on electrical, electronic, rubber, or plastic parts.
Note: 4 models of Ford 170 have no guarantee or warranty.

Solar-charged battery spray pump:

Solar Panel: 20 years warranty.
Battery & Body: 6 months warranty.
Breakage due to rough handling is not covered.

Solar Zatka – Fence Guard (Fieldmaster Innovation Limited):

1-year guarantee and 2-year warranty on energizers.
10-year warranty on solar panel (technical issues only).
Battery warranty varies by capacity.
No warranty for burned or damaged systems, siren, or cables.

Electric Zatka – Fence Guard (Fieldmaster Innovation Limited):

1-year guarantee and 2-year warranty on energizers.
No warranty on SMPS charger.
Battery warranty: 6 months.
No warranty for burned or damaged systems.

Solar Energizer – Fence Guard (Fieldmaster Innovation Limited):

1-year guarantee and 2-year warranty on energizers.
No warranty for siren, battery cable, or burned systems.

Circuit warranty: 12 months.

All other products are without Guarantee / Warranty:
